1. About Cork

Cork is a moodboard service operated by Mucho ehf, Iceland (“we”, “us”). These Terms cover the Cork website, boards, API, and MCP tools. By using Cork, you agree to these Terms. If you use Cork for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your password, API tokens, and connected clients secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account, including actions taken by an agent. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Your content stays yours

You retain the rights you hold in the content you add to Cork. You give Mucho ehf a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain Cork and carry out your instructions, including creating previews and exports. This does not transfer ownership to us. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

4. Use materials you have permission to use

You must have the rights or other lawful basis needed to upload, import, share, and use content. Finding an image online or importing it into a moodboard does not grant a licence to publish it. Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other people’s rights. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or content intended to exploit or abuse others.

5. Sharing and connected agents

Anyone with the link can view a link-access board. Boards created through MCP default to link access unless private access is selected. Check your board’s access setting before adding sensitive material. Connecting an agent or giving it an API token allows it to access and act on your account within the permissions granted. Review the client’s permissions and its provider’s terms. You can revoke connections and tokens in Settings; revocation does not remove copies already received by a third party.

6. Review what your agent creates

Agents may make mistakes, change or delete content, and produce inaccurate or infringing material. Review their work before relying on it or publishing it. Cork does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep independent copies of work you need.

7. Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, access other people’s private boards without permission, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or use Cork for unlawful activity. Do not overload the service or evade rate limits. Report security issues privately using the contact below.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Stopping use and removing content

You can stop using Cork, revoke connected clients, and delete boards. For account deletion, contact us. Deletion is subject to the retention and legal requirements explained in the Privacy Policy. Copies made by other people or external agent providers are outside Cork’s control.

10. Responsibility and your statutory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cork is provided as available, without promises of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer remedies, or removes rights under data protection law. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We will identify the effective date of updated Terms and provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service or another appropriate channel. Changes will apply prospectively. Where the law requires agreement to a change, we will obtain it.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Icelandic law. Mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact Mucho ehf, Iceland, at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL — TO BE ADDED]. Registered address and company registration number: [TO BE ADDED].
